So far it has been a journey of evolution starting from a merely engineering, logical and practical thinking towards a more open, final business need, creative, out of the box search for a solution. There is a formal term that defines that way of thinking: the finding of Job To Be Done in every situation that matters. Most of the time it means reframing the problem, refocusing why we want to achieve something, change the status quo and innovate. It makes the every day work different and challenging, motivational and rewarding.
