    Hélix: The platform to boost the real economy and security in B2B business transactions

    Invoices that take a long time to be collected, money that does not arrive to start a new project… The fear of many SMEs with the lack of money adds to the difficulty of payers to manage these invoices or other documents.

     

    How can you help SMEs receive the money they have earned or need to boost their business, while helping payers?

     

    We have developed Helix, a platform deployed in the cloud that does all the paperwork immediately. This is a radical change to the current situation, which translates into a qualitative and quantitative leap for many companies, especially SMEs. As a result, companies benefit from the possibility of obtaining financing in a much more efficient way and when they need it.

    Our Challenge:

    SMEs often face many hurdles when it comes to starting their project. The processes for obtaining financing often take up to several weeks because the process of reviewing and approving (or denying) invoices is unintuitive and slow, and often only available to large companies.

    It was therefore very important to develop a platform that could handle all these processes efficiently and flawlessly.

    The process

    Hélix comprehensively manages commercial risk operations with customers, through the possibility of online contracting of credit insurance per invoice, credit insurance per debtor, as well as direct access to working capital financing through Factoring.

    To make this possible, Helix is based on a simple, transparent and automated Plug & Play installation, supported by a step-by-step wizard that guides the customer to configure the system and start working with the platform. Thus, the connection to the accounting system is automatically parameterised, as well as to the bank accounts in readable format.

    The platform then incorporates modules for the online contracting of credit insurance per invoice, credit insurance per debtor and factoring financing.

    All this, automatically and instantaneously, in a single online transaction, based on predictive algorithms and historical payment behaviour of the different debtors.

    The next step is an initial screen with the Global Position of sales, collections and bank reconciliation. Here a selection of graphs and charts are displayed to give the user an overview of the management.
