Plain Concepts integrates Ardanis and accelerates its European expansion 

At Plain Concepts, we continue advancing in our international growth plan with a strategic step: the integration of Ardanis, a company with a strong presence in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Portugal. This move allows us to strengthen our multinational ambition and consolidate a real European structure, expanding our reach and service capabilities. 

With Ardanis, we gain a key specialization in the financial sector, particularly in fintech and insurtech, supported by reference clients such as Premfina. This expertise reinforces our positioning in a high-value strategic vertical and provides us with new credentials in a highly competitive market. 

The integration goes beyond business: there is a natural cultural fit. Both companies share the same vision of putting the client at the center, maintaining a high level of delivery excellence, and taking care of talent as a cornerstone of our growth. 

Ardanis also brings differentiated expertise in technology consulting and software architecture, skills that are difficult to develop organically and that will accelerate key projects for our clients. In addition, we add a new delivery hub in Porto, strengthening our service capacity in Southern Europe. 

Leadership remains fully aligned: Ivan Goor, CEO of Ardanis, joins as Head of European Business, reporting directly to our CEO, with Spain as the home market and Europe and the United States as strategic growth markets. 

This acquisition comes in a historic year for Plain Concepts: we have doubled in size, going from 400 to 800 employees, with a strategy of multiple acquisitions and additional M&A plans. A move that reflects our ambition to become a global technology reference.
