2024: A year full of growth and good news for Plain Concepts

The year 2024 is about to end and we will remember it as a turning
point for the company, full of challenges, projects, awards, new markets and
lines of business, and an innovative, leading, diverse, and inclusive team
that continues to grow.

Although it has only been twelve months, it has been a year that
has given us a lot to look back on and review some of the most important
moments.

As every year, Microsoft has chosen its best partners, and Plain
Concepts has been the winner in the Azure
Migration category and a finalist
for Best Data and Analytics Partner of the
Year.

The award was a great recognition for a year in which we have
focused on improving the services offered to our customers, modernizing their
infrastructure, and providing them with the most advanced technologies in the
market.

Our goal to grow into a much larger company has only just begun,
and we closed the year with the great news that we have surpassed 500
employees.

At the beginning of the year, we set out to continue attracting
the best talent and retaining those who make the company better every day,
and we are gradually achieving our goals.

This is just the beginning of what will be a long road ahead, in
which we will continue to strive to deliver even higher quality and triple
our number of employees over the next five years.

We received the award for “Best
Technology Consultancy in Responsible AI Solutions” during the
VIII Technology and Innovation Awards 2024 Gala, organized by the newspaper
La Razón.

This award represents a recognition of the great effort made
by the Plain Concepts team to offer solutions that embrace
the latest advances in AI but with a focus on being responsible
and improving people’s
lives. In fact, it shows that the direction we have taken in
the implementation of responsible AI is the right one, and we will continue
to innovate and adapt to new changes and the needs of the industry to
continue on the path towards efficiency and accountability.

For the third consecutive year, the prestigious newspaper El
Mundo has chosen Plain Concepts as one of the best
companies for workers, thanks to the numerous social benefits
for employees, the concern for the well-being of the team, its career plan,
and the flexibility to work remotely and reconcile with family
life.

The fifth edition of Singularity Tech Day brought together more than 200
representatives of the business sector in a meeting, held in Barcelona, to
learn more about AI as a tool to generate value, from top-level firms such as
Microsoft, Telefónica, Google, Intel, AstraZeneca, Nestlé, Repsol, Mitiga,
BCN Supercomputing Center or Grup Mediapro.

After the success of this fifth edition, we are already looking
forward to the next one, in which we will be delighted to have again the
attendees of this edition and the new ones who want to join this incredible
experience.

For its part, the seventh edition of dotNET
2024, closed as a wonderful day with a record number of attendees,
all rooms packed, and talks that have left no one indifferent. Here is a
summary of the day:

Once again, Penteo, a leading IT analyst company, has launched its “Penteo Universe” report, an independent evaluation that highlights the
main players in Data and AI services, assessing aspects such as capabilities,
performance, projection, and quality.

This year, Plain Concepts once again stands out as one of the main
integrators of these services in Spain, competing with companies of great
international renown and volume of employees.

As part of our strategy to grow in new markets, 2024 has been the starting point to create new partnerships in Saudi
Arabia and the Middle East market. Through events, meetings,
and contacts with potential partners, we have landed in such a promising
market.

This country offers incredible possibilities to demonstrate the
potential of Plain Concepts in developments of all kinds, especially in AI
and Data solutions, thanks to the large investment that companies and the
government are making to drive digital transformation and thus become one of
the world’s leading powers in the technology sector.
