Plain Concepts winner of the contest organized by IAMCP and Microsoft promoting inclusion and diversity
Last January we engaged in a contest organized by the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) and Microsoft.
The contest consisted of taking a picture showing both the people working in our offices and a poster that was sent to all participating companies, promoting inclusion and diversity.
Several of our offices joined this challenge and thanks to one of the pictures uploaded, we won the contest!
In making its decision, the judging team took into consideration:
- The overall creativity in taking the picture
- The diversity shown in the picture
- The impact of the exercise to promote diversity within the team and through social media
- The messages accompanying the pictures submitted
We couldn’t be more proud of having won the first prize in this contest, because at Plain Concepts, we believe that a diverse workforce is not only necessary but also represents an inclusive work culture.
Inclusion is about belonging to and being valued by the group: making unique and personal contributions and that’s how we feel at Plain Concepts!
